From the sales experience through the installation, each person I interacted with was honest and kind and made sure that I understood each part of the process. I signed up for the monthly membership and feel good about having routine inspections on the new unit to ensure that I get the most out of it for its lifetime, especially in these Florida summers.

I called when my a/c wasn't blowing cold air, and got an appt on the same day. I wasn't home when the technician arrived, so I appreciated the fact they would come out even if I couldn't be there. The communication was crystal clear, and they utilize all of the courtesies to ensure seamless professional customer service. I felt respected, informed and fairly treated by my technician. I'm so happy that I only needed an inexpensive repair and didn't have a failing unit. I've now signed up for the annual maintenance plan to keep better on top of my servicing needs. So very glad I decided to call them for my a/c problem.

Great service as always. First scheduling my maintenance as always great- communication is excellent. Even when they need to change an appointment due to emergencies. Tony was great, so professional and polite. He provided all the information for me to finalize my decision to install a UV light. He even took my competitor’s estimate and called the company and requested a further discount. I am super happy with Total Air, their service, communication, and all employees provide stellar service.

We needed a company to replace our original 1960's ductwork and we were referred to Total Air by another local hvac company that we trust.It was a big job and the experience went better than we could have imagined. We had the pleasure of working with Casey and Dennis and throughout the entire 4-day project, we felt like we were in good hands. They explained every step of the process and made us feel like our satisfaction was their priority. They took the time to make sure that they did the best job they could and it shows through and through.We have always steered away from using larger companies because we appreciate a more personalized style of care but Total Air did not disappoint. From the person who answered our first phone call to Casey and Dennis who stayed working into the evening to make sure everything was just right, they exceeded our expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company for any other hvac needs we may have in the future.Thanks to them we are breathing a lot better now!

Amazing Customer Service. I am so happy I called Total Air! They were great with scheduling from the first call to the final repair. My unit is 13 and they were great getting it going without pressing sales on me. Marvin worked so hard and really cared that he got it fixed. He was very professional and kind. I had routine AC maintenance done to prep for the summer heat and I have to say...Sha'nya was absolutely amazing! She was so polite and very knowledgable. She not only let me know what she was doing every step of the way, but she also let me know why. She went above and beyond giving me tips on to how to increase the efficiency of my unit without breaking the bank in the summers. I don't write reviews often, but I was just so impressed. I'm very happy with my experience and will absolutely continue to use Total Air to help maintain my AC system.

I have been very impressed with the quality of work and the ability of the technicians sent to service my units. I have found the customer service personnel to be friendly and very helpful when calling in. Now I do find there pricing system somewhat high, I can not fault their quality of installations and work ethic.

Wade came out to assess our A/C unit. The air conditioning filter dryer has rusted through and leaked out all the refrigerant. Wade not only assessed the situation quickly and expertly, he also recommended moving the filter inside out of the elements. He replaced the unit, added the refrigerant, tested everything and even showed me how to use my smart thermostat AND called to get us a discount as well! Very personable, polite, efficient and explained everything so well. He got us added to their maintenance plan for a a reasonable price! HAPPY CUSTOMER!

I received exceptional service from Total Air and would highly recommend them. I needed them for several different issues and they were excellent each time. They came out to fix my heat which they got running promptly and were very professional. I had issues with water coming through my ceiling..Our a/c unit was supposed to have been being serviced by a “low cost provider” when Total Air looked they realized the system was not being maintained. Among many issues they took pictures of the overfill pan which was filled with sludge with the trip switch floating in the pan, the line was clogged and the UV lights were blown..they got everything fixed..also put in a surge protector and redesigned our intake which has already improved the efficiency of our system. Their techs have all been knowledgeable and professional- I want to especially thank Shanya and Casey for their professionalism and dedication to ensuring they do an excellent job.

Our tech, Kris, was very knowledgeable, and was able to discover a serious mold problem with the unit, that other companies that serviced the unit, did not find. He got us set up with a UV light systems that will prevent further mold problems.

Total Air has been a wonderful service provider for us. We switched from another company in the area that constantly called about stuff we didn't need, had already received or expressly said we didn't want to talk about anymore. Total Air actually provides more service than our past provider (i.e. we pay more as well) but they demonstrated and we see the value of these services. A total class act!

I signed up for the annual maintenance plan and can't be happier. Jake came out and did the tune up on the unit and fixed a broken P-trap. Very professional, affordable, and timely. Would highly recommend.
